Refund Policy

Nexus Tutor BD aims to provide reliable tutor and tuition services. However, refunds are subject to the following conditions.

Tutor Placement Fees

Once a tutor has been successfully arranged and the service has been provided, the tutor placement/service fee is generally non-refundable.

Replacement Policy

If a tutor does not meet the requirements or stops teaching within the first few days, we may provide a replacement tutor depending on availability.

Refund Conditions

Refund may be considered only if:

• We fail to provide a tutor within the agreed timeframe
• The service cannot be delivered due to our internal issue

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days to process.
